It is a time dedicated solely to you, and you can bring whatever’s on your mind.
Counselling is confidential, meaning your personal details and experiences are treated with respect and dignity.
Counselling can help you explore, understand, and express your feelings and emotions in a safe environment.
When you understand yourself better, it can make the road ahead clearer and less intimidating. It takes work, but I will be an unconditionally supportive figure to be with you through the harder times… and the good times.
Counselling is not advice giving. I am not here to tell you what to do or what is right. You know yourself better than anyone, and only you know what is right for you.
It is my job to help you uncover that knowledge, and be with you as you plan for the journey ahead.
